> ISLAND OF ELBA: FERRY TIMETABLE

During the summer season car ferries leave from Piombino to Portoferraio - main Elba Island town - almost hourly. There are also a couple of daily ferries for Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina. The shipping companies are (Toremar and Moby Lines).
The crossing from Piombino to Portoferraio takes one hour.

A hydrofoil service (no cars), which arrives only in Portoferraio and Cavo, takes 35 minutes.
